I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's in Counseling, ABA option.

For about seven years I taught in the graduate ABA program at Cal State LA as adjunct faculty.

Then a Keller Williams team leader at the Silicon Beach office asked me to help agents who were struggling. I found that prospecting was the behavior driving their results, and their performance rose by more than 200%.

That work brought me into real estate myself. Brandon and I built Rooster Homes™ together.

Buying or selling a home is a lot of decisions in a short time. I break it into clear steps and explain the why behind each one.

I also coach the agents on our team, using the same science.

Outside of work, I volunteer with the Military and Veterans Association. I am a certified Onward Ops sponsor, helping service members move into civilian life.
